Your approval is important to continue with your laptop repair, we do not start repairing and then send you a bill; we will wait for you to approve the repair(s), we will work with you for what is the best option to do the laptop repair, upon approval, we move the next step.
3. Laptop Repair
Upon approval we will perform the approved repair to your laptop and what we have quote you at the diagnostic that is the total bill, there not additional charges for anything, if we performed additional repairs as needed we don’t charge for those additional repairs.
4. Testing
After completing the repair, we test the laptop system, to insure that everything is working accordantly.
5. Your Test
You can test the laptop before you take it home; our location is equipped with testing stations for you to try before you take home.
